1. Accepting Our Terms of Service
These Terms of Service serve as an agreement between you and
Hitwev Ltd.
Hitwev is a registered trade name of Hitwev Ltd, and the
term ‘Hitwev’ also refers to Hitwev.com, where appropriate.
The following Terms of Service govern all the services
provided to you (whether you are a member, subscriber or a
visitor) by Hitwev.com, including, but not limited to, the
services that are free to you or those you pay fees for.
The services of Hitwev are available to you in Nigeria only.
Accessing Hitwev.com from territories where your access to
it is prohibited or where such service (or any part thereof)
is considered illegal or unlawful is not permitted under
these Terms. If you choose to access Hitwev.com from
locations outside Nigeria, you are responsible for
compliance with all applicable laws in that territory.
The services of Hitwev and the legal relationship between
you and Hitwev Ltd are intended for legal majorities. You
represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have
attained the age of majority in the territory in which you
reside. All legal minors are advised to discuss these terms
and conditions with their parents or legal guardians before
they complete any registration process or provide us with

2. Modification of These Terms of Service
Hitwev reserves the right to modify any part of these Terms
of Service or choose to include additional conditions to
these Terms. You are responsible for regularly reviewing
these Terms and may choose to discontinue the use of any or
all of the services. Your continued use of any or all of the
services after the effective date of such changes signifies
your acceptance of and agreement to such modifications.
3. Membership Registrations and Password Security
While completing our membership registration process, either
by signing up, upgrading or other process, you are
representing that you are a legal major over 18 years of age
or are a legal minor with parental consent to use the
service you are registering for.
Upon registration or at any other time, you represent that
any information you provide to us about yourself are true
and accurate and that you will notify us of any changes. In
the event that Hitwev discovers that you have provided false
and inaccurate information, Hitwev reserves the right to
terminate your membership and your membership benefit(s)
thereof.
Your password secures your activities in your inbox,
including but not limited to cashing out your earnings. It
is your responsibility to create a secured password and also
keep the password confidential. You are responsible for all
activities that occur under your password. If you know or
suspect that someone else knows your password you are
advised to visit your account section of your inbox and
modify your password immediately. We strongly recommend that
you sign out properly to leave your inbox.
4. Legitimate and No Commercial Use of Hitwev
The content of articles, messages, photos, audio, programs,
graphics, video or any form of material posted by any other
person or entity to Hitwev are strictly the opinions of the
authors. Hitwev does not guarantee the quality, integrity,
legality and accuracy contained in such materials and
therefore not liable to the consequence of any judgment you
make based on the content of the materials.
As the nature of Internet has made it impossible for us to
monitor the nature of materials submitted on our website by
users, by agreeing to our Terms of Service, you have
accepted that you may be exposed to contents that might be
indecent, offensive and illegal, the consequence of which we
are entirely absolved from.
You must evaluate, and accept any consequence upon your
relying on content of material created by Hitwev or
submitted to Hitwev.
You must not post to Hitwev website or use Hitwev website to
disseminate information by means of articles, messages,
photos, graphics, audio, programs, video or any form of
material that are unlawful, inaccurate, indecent, offensive
or of any nature that could cause harm to a third party or
breach local or international laws.
Either logged on to Hitwev.com or elsewhere, you must not
engage in activity that might cause damage, interruption, or
reduce the efficiency of Hitwev website or and cause damage
to another person’s computer.
Hitwev reserves the right (but not the obligation) to
delete, edit or move any material posted to or routed
through Hitwev website to you. Hitwev will not enter into
any discussion or communication with you or your
representative about its rights and decision to delete, edit
or move such material.
Hitwev may access, preserve and disclose your account
information and its content if required to do so by law for
purposes of legal requirement, enforcement of these Terms of
Services, protection of rights, property and safety of third
party and any other purpose acting in good faith and in
accordance with local or international law
Hitwev, its content and all Rights herein are copyright
property of Hitwev Ltd. This copyright property includes but
not limited to the Right of Hitwev logo, trade marks,
database, design and other intellectual and proprietary
Rights worldwide. You agree that you must not violate these
Rights in any way.
You agree that with respect to materials you submit to
Hitwev, including but not limited to articles, messages,
photos, graphics, audio, programs, video, you grant Hitwev
the worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license(s) to
use, modify, adapt, distribute, reproduce, and transmit such
material on Hitwev website and to the public without
limitation. You also agree to grant any member of or
visitors to Hitwev the right to access, display, view, store
and reproduce such content for personal use. By submitting
such content, you also agree you have all necessary rights
to grant the licenses stated herein. You or any member of
Hitwev retains the rights, as it exists in such context, for
the content of materials submitted to Hitwev.
Your use of Hitwev website is strictly for your personal
benefit and any intention of using Hitwev website for
commercial purposes or to obtain financial gain other than
the services provided directly to you by Hitwev is not
allowed without prior written permission from Hitwev.
You must not use Hitwev website to transmit, either directly
or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail, ‘spam’ or junk
mail either for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
5. Third Party’s Website
You are responsible for the consequence of following links
to other websites or resources provided on Hitwev website
either by a third party or Hitwev. Hitwev has no control
over such sites and resources and therefore not responsible
for the availability of such sites or resources. Hitwev does
not endorse the accuracy, legitimacy and decency of claims
of such sites or resources and shall not be responsible for
any risk, damages or loss arising from your use of or
reliance on contents, goods or services available on or
through such sites or resources.
6. Termination of Service
Hitwev reserves the right at any time, and without prior
notice, to modify or terminate any part of or all of its
services to you. Upon such modification or termination, your
right to use Hitwev might be affected or ceased, hence any
information, data or materials you have stored on the Hitwev
website may be lost. Hitwev will not enter into any
discussion or communication with you or your representative
about its rights and decision in this regard.
Hitwev reserves the right at any time, and without prior
notice to modify, cancel or suspend these Terms of Service.
7. Warranties
IQ Test
The questions on the IQ test section of Hitwev are
automatically re-arranged each time the page opens and may
include new questions at each page opening.
Once you click start test
button, it is taken that you have agreed to take the test
and accepted that the cost of taking the test be deducted
from your account balance, irrespective of your inability or
willingness to continue with, or finish the test.
The timing starts to count once you click the
start test
button. This applies to all contestants and in the event
that the question page was unable to open correctly, Hitwev
would not be held responsible for the poor delivery of data
to the user’s computer. No refund or compensation is due to
the user from Hitwev as a result of this poor delivery.
After answering the questions, once you click
submit button, it
is taken that you have submitted your answers and you have
accepted not to hold Hitwev responsible in the event your
answers were not delivered correctly to our database for
proper grading along with other contestants’ answers.
In the event that Hitwev suspects that a member whose score
ranks as one of the winners of the IQ Test exercise of the
Test N Win derived his or her score through fraudulent
means, Hitwev officials reserve the right to subject the
‘winner’ to further test to determine the veracity of his or
her claims. In the event that the ‘winner’ did not execute
the test satisfactorily, Hitwev reserve the right to
disqualify the ‘winner’. Such disqualification automatically
leads to non-payment of the prize money to the ‘winner’.
Write 4 Money
After pasting your literature, once you click
submit button, it
is taken that you have submitted your material and that you
have accepted that the cost of submitting the material be
deducted from your balance, irrespective of whether your
material was delivered to our database for onward publishing
for rating. You have accepted not to hold Hitwev responsible
in the event that your material was not posted for rating.
Hitwev has the right to delete malicious literature and
cause such materials not to be posted for rating. If need
be, Hitwev may assist the law enforcement agents to
prosecute the member that submitted the material.
For all categories of Hitwev members, who have earned money
through IQ test or Write 4 Money or Reseller Profit or any
other sources of earnings from this website and other Hitwev
activities, payment to such member is made in the same local
currency shown on the Hitwev card with which the member used
to register, irrespective of the currency of which the
earning was stated on the website or member’s inbox.
You have agreed to accept the winners for IQ test, Write 4
Money or any other competitive activities in this website as
published by Hitwev and you shall not contest the result in
writing or in court of law at any circumstance, even when
there were errors in arriving at the result.
Hitwev, its agents, affiliates, employees and associates
expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind. Your use of
the services provided by Hitwev is at your own risk. You
agree that Hitwev does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity
or completeness of any information obtained from Hitwev
website or orally from Hitwev agent, associates, employees
and affiliates and Hitwev is not responsible for any errors,
omissions for the results obtained from the use of such
information.
You agree that Hitwev makes no warranty to meet your
expectations or requirement in an uninterrupted, timely,
secure or error free manner.
You agree that any material and / or data downloaded or
obtained through Hitwev is at your risk and you will be
solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or
loss of data resulting from such materials and / or data.
8. Limitation of Liabilities
Hitwev will not be liable for any losses or damages of any
kind arising in contract, tort or otherwise resulting from
your use or inability to use Hitwev website.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Hitwev, its agents,
affiliates, employees and associates harmless from any
claim, including attorneys’ fees, made by third party
resulting from your use of Hitwev services and / or
violation of these Terms of Service by you.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service shall operate in accordance with laws
of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and any dispute shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
11. Agreement
These Terms of Service stand as the entire agreement between
you and Hitwev Ltd and supersede any prior agreements
between you and Hitwev Ltd with respect to the services
provided by Hitwev.com.
12. Non Waiver of Terms
Any failure or delay of Hitwev to enforce strict performance
of any provision of these Terms of Service shall not be
construed as a waiver of such rights or provisions.
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is
found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid,
such provision will be deleted and the remainder of these
Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect.
13. Statute of Limitations
Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim
or cause of action arising out of or related to use of
Hitwev services must be filed within one (1) year after such
claims or cause of action arose otherwise such action or
claim is permanently barred.
